It's that time of the year…Christmas cake making time!
The husband isn't a huge fan of traditional Christmas cake, so every year I try to do a recipe with a little twist. After lots of Googling (because I really am not a natural baker!) I found a recipe for a 'Decadently Rich Port and Chocolate Christmas Cake' here
It took about 2 hours of prep and several bowls plus cooking time. As always with Christmas cake, it smelt amazing during baking and I'm currently feeding it with port every Sunday.
Will update you once I've decorated!
