It’s that time of the year…Christmas cake making time!
The husband isn’t a huge fan of traditional Christmas cake, so every year I try to do a recipe with a little twist. After lots of Googling (because I really am not a natural baker!) I found a recipe for a ‘Decadently Rich Port and Chocolate Christmas Cake’ here
It took about 2 hours of prep and several bowls plus cooking time. As always with Christmas cake, it smelt amazing during baking and I’m currently feeding it with port every Sunday.
