This bright and colourful spicy mango salsa is so quick easy to put together and is great to serve as a dip or topping for seafood and chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (finely diced)
  • 1 red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 red finger chilli (finely diced)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (4 tablespoons)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Finely dice the mango, pepper, onion and chilli and add to a large bowl.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Stir to combine.

Notes

  • Dice the mango and veggies into small even pieces so that they combine easily for a rounded flavor.
  • Dice the chili as finely as you can so that it's not overwhelming.
