This bright and colourful spicy mango salsa is so quick easy to put together and is great to serve as a dip or topping for seafood and chicken.

- 1 ripe mango (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 1 red onion (finely diced)
- 1 red finger chilli (finely diced)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro (4 tablespoons)
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Finely dice the mango, pepper, onion and chilli and add to a large bowl.
Add in the rest of the ingredients.
Stir to combine.
