Air Fryer Carrot Chips
A healthier alternative to fried potato chips, these air fryer carrot chips are easy to make in a matter of minutes. Choose from a savory herb or sweet cinnamon seasoning, the chips are a delicious way to eat your veggies!

8 ounces carrot chips (225g / half a bag of carrot chips) 1 tablespoon oil Sweet seasoning 1 tablespoon brown sugar ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the air fryer to 380F / 190c.
Place the carrot chips in a bowl with the oil and choice of seasonings. Toss well to combine.
Place the carrots in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
For crispier chips, increase the cooking time to 15 minutes, but keep your eye on them so that they don't burn.
If cutting your own carrot chips, it's best to cut them on the diagonal and as evenly as possible. A mandolin works great.
Make sure that each piece of carrot is well coated in the oil and seasonings so that they crisp up and cook evenly.
