peelings from 2 pounds (900g) of potatoes 1 tablespoon oil ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon paprika generous pinches of salt and black pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 400F / 200c.
Place your potato peelings in a large bowl. Add the oil and seasonings and toss together well.
Place the peelings in the air fryer basket once preheated. Set to cook at 400F /200c for 10 minutes.
Shake the basket a couple of times during cooking and check for doneness from 8 minutes. Once cooked, they should be golden brown and crispy.

If you are not making potato peel chips straight away, store them in cold water in the fridge to stop them going brown.
