Ingredients

For the rim

  • 4 candy canes
  • 4 squares 70% cocoa chocolate

For the cocktail

  • 2 ounces Baileys
  • 2 ounces creme de cacao
  • 1 ounce creme de menthe

The topping

  • grated 70% cocoa chocolate

Instructions

For the rim

  • Put the candy cane into a blender and give it a whizz to break up into small pieces. Pour into a bowl
  • Melt the squares of chocolate in a microwave or bain marie.  Dip a martini glass in the melted chocolate and then press it into the broken candy canes.

For the cocktail

  • Put a good handful of ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, and then pour in the measured liquids.  Shake for a good 15-20 seconds so that the cocktail shaker is cold.  Pour into the rimmed glass, grate some chocolate on the top and serve.

Notes

Recipe is easily doubled and tripled.
