- 4 to 5 inches fresh ginger
- 8 ounces vodka of choice (240 ml)
Cut the apples into bitesized chunks. Peel the ginger and cut into chunks.
Add the apples and ginger to a sealable glass jar, pour over vodka so it covers the apples and ginger.
Seal and store in a cupboard for 4 days.
After 4 days, use a sieve to strain the vodka.
