Chocolate and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
These chocolate and peanut butter overnight oats are a great make ahead breakfast for those busy mornings. They take less than 5 minutes to make and are wonderfully creamy and delicious!

1 cup oats (90g) 1 teaspoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 cup milk (240ml) whipping cream and cocoa powder to serve (optional)
Add the oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter and maple syrup to a sealable glass jar.
Pour in the milk and seal shut.
Shake well until the ingredients are well mixed and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder to serve, if you like.

Stir the oats before eating them. The ingredients will settle as they rest in the fridge, so give it a good stir to get a more even texture.
Feel free swap the whipped cream for some fresh berries or sliced banana for a healthier topping!
