Ingredients

  • granulated sugar (for the rim)
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  • Rim the shot glasses with sugar.
  • Pour the Chambord into the shot glass, leaving some room at the top.
  • Place a teaspoon on the side of the shot glass, with the bottom of the spoon facing upwards. Gently pour the cream over the spoon so that it lays on top of the Chambord.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • These chambord shots can be served warm or chilled. If you want them chilled, just place the chambord bottle in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
  • The measurements are an estimate depending on the size of shot glass you are using. Add a little more chambord if your glasses are bigger.
  • Don't overdo the cream layer or it will be way too creamy!
