1 cup (170g) mango (fresh or frozen) 2 cups (60g) fresh spinach (packed) 1 cup (240ml) fresh orange juice 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or plant based) ⅓ cup (80ml) Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon honey (Optional. Can also use maple syrup)
Be sure to blend the mango spinach smoothie for at least a minute to make sure that everything is well blended and smooth.
If using fresh mango, make sure it is ripe. It will blend more easily and will be naturally sweeter in flavor.
