Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk you can use dairy or plant based
  • 5 strawberries leaves and stems removed if using fresh
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend well until smooth.

Notes

  • Blend the ingredients until smooth. If you don't have a high speed blender, this make take a minute.
  • Use fresh or frozen fruits in this recipe.
  • Taste the smoothie before you drink it and add sweetener if you prefer.
