  • Dip each champagne flute in water and dip in colored sugar to make the rim.
  • Fill each champagne glass with cotton candy (to match the color of the sugar rim)
  • Top up the glasses with champagne. Rose for pink candy floss and clear for blue candy floss.

Notes

  • Chill your champagne before pouring.
  • Try not to overflow the glasses when you pour the champagne, as it can make the sugar rim slide down and become super sticky.
  • Serve immediately.
