Coconut Mocha (Vegan Chocolate Coffee Drink)

Skip the line at your local coffee chop, and make this delicious and creamy coconut mocha at home in minutes. This vegan chocolate and coffee drink is perfectly cosy and warming, and feels like a real treat!

Ingredients

To serve (optional)

  • whipped coconut cream
  • grated dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a small pot.
  • Heat on a medium high heat on the stovetop, whisking to combine the ingredients.
  • Once hot and steaming (but not boiling) pour into two cups.
  • Top with coconut whipped cream and grated dark chocolate.

Notes

  • If you prefer your coffee on the sweeter side, you can add more sugar or your preferred sweetener.
  • When heating the ingredients, don't let the milk boil. It should be steaming and hot, but not boiling.
