Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Fireball whiskey (60ml)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • heavy or whipping cream (35%) as needed
  • ground cinnamon to garnish

Instructions

  • Add ice to your cocktail shaker and measure in the Fireball whiskey and maple syrup. Shake well til ice cold.
  • Pour into shot glasses.
  • Gently pour the cream on top of the shots. Hold a teaspoon, just touching the whiskey with the bottom curved side facing up, and pour the cream on top of it so it rests on top of the drink.
  • Sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon to serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh lemon juice rather than bottled for the freshest flavor.
  • You can replace the maple syrup with honey, but make sure it is a thin runny honey or the drink will be too thick.
  • Shake well with ice so that the whiskey is super cold - it's be much easier to drink.
  • I love the addition of the cream on top, but you ca skip it if you prefer, it will still be tasty!
