Mojito Elderflower Cocktail
Refreshing, zingy and with floral flavours, this Mojito Elderflower Cocktail is easy to make and easier to drink! This classic Cuban rum cocktail with added St Germain, will get the party started!

10-12 fresh mint leaves 1 oz simple syrup or 1 or 2 teaspoons of caster sugar ice cubes 2 oz St Germain elderflower liquor 2 oz Havana Club rum juice of half a lime 1 lime cut in quarters club soda
Put the fresh mint leaves in to a tall glass and add the simple syrup. Muddle the leaves and syrup so that the oils in the mint leaves are released.
Add ice cubes to the glass, squeeze in the juice of half a lime, the St Germain and rum.
Add the lime quarters to the glass and top up with club soda.
Give the cocktail a stir and serve
