Notes

  • Get yourself a good blender, it's one of my most used kitchen appliances. I'm currently coveting this personal blender, perfect for just making smoothies for yourself or if you have a small kitchen.
  • It's best to drink the smoothie as soon as you've made it, because as soon as the fruits are broken down they start to decrease in nutritional value. If you want, you can cover the smoothie and keep in the fridge for no more than 6 hours.
  • If you use fresh berries, you can add a couple of ice cubes to the blender if you prefer a cold drink.
  • Nutritional values are based on one large smoothie and are an estimate only.
