This smoothie will brighten your morning! Packed full of fresh ingredients and spiked with ginger and turmeric for a zingy drink that takes 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • ice cubes optional
  • ½ fresh mango cut into chunks
  • fresh orange juice (500ml)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cm fresh ginger finely chopped
  • juice ½ lemon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.  Blend well and serve.

Notes

If you prefer a slightly sweeter smoothie, add a teaspoon of honey.
