Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

These buffalo chicken lettuce wraps are super quick and simple to make with just a handful of ingredients. Ready to serve in just 15 minutes, they are great to serve as an appetizer or as a light lunch or dinner. Instructions

  • Place the shredded chicken in a pot with the buffalo sauce and butter.
  • Heat on on a medium high heat, stirring occasionally to combine. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
  • Place a couple of tablespoons of the chicken on to lettuce leaves, top with blue cheese crumbles and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Let the buffalo chicken cool down a little before adding it to the wraps or the lettuce can wilt.
  • Serve immediately so that the lettuce if fresh and crispy
  • Make the chicken spicier by adding in a few drops of tabasco.
