  • Place the mango and coconut milk in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Notes

  • The best smoothies are made in a high speed blender. If you don't have a high speed one, just scrape down the sides between blends and blend for a little bit longer to make sure there are no chunks.
  • Taste the smoothie before you drink it and add sweetener if you prefer.
  • This makes enough for one pretty large smoothie. It will easily make two smaller ones and you can half or double the recipe as needed.
