This is no ordinary sandwich! This shredded buffalo chicken sandwich is loaded full of flavor and texture and is a real treat! Easy and quick to make, this sandwich is topped with fresh lettuce, blue cheese, ranch and frickles making every single bite truly delicious!
Place the shredded chicken in a pot with the buffalo sauce and butter.
Heat on on a medium high heat, stirring occasionally to combine. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
Place a lettuce leaf on each half of a burger bun. On the bottom bun, place a few tablespoons of the shredded chicken, blue cheese, ranch and a couple of frickles. Add the top of the bun.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Let the buffalo chicken cool down a little before adding it to the sandwich so it's not too hot to eat.
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of the bun so that it doesn't get soggy.
Make the chicken spicier by adding in a few drops of tabasco.
Have plenty of napkins on hand, things are about to get messy!
