⅓ English cucumber 2 celery stalks 1 apple ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (0%) 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (vanilla or plain)
Peel and roughly chop the cucumber and place in the blender.
Snap each end off of the celery stalks and peel off any very thick strings. Roughly chop and place in the blender.
Peel, core and roughly chop the apple and place in the blender.
Add the yogurt and milk to the blender.
Blend everything together, on a low speed for 30 seconds, then on high speed until smooth.
For best results use a high speed blender . It may take slightly longer to get smooth in a regular blender.
I prefer to peel the apple and cucumber, but you can add them in without peeling.
This smoothie isn't overly sweet. You can make it sweeter by adding in a little honey or maple syrup if you like.
To reduce sugar content, use a plain 0% Greek yogurt, rather than vanilla.
