Chocolate Coffee Milkshake

Cool down and wake up with this delicious chocolate coffee milkshake. Simple to make, this homemade mocha milkshake is the perfect sip to enjoy this summer. Made with a few simple ingredients and ready to enjoy in minutes.

Instructions

  • Mix together the instant coffee with the boiling water. Place in the fridge to let it cool.
  • Once cool, add the coffee and the rest of the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend til smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa powder and chocolate sprinkles.

Notes

  • Use a soft scoop ice cream that will blend down more easily.
  • This is pretty sweet, but feel free to add in some honey if you want it even sweeter.
  • For a pure coffee milkshake, simply leave out the cocoa powder.
  • If not drinking straight away, freeze for up to a month.
