Cook the most perfect crispy turkey bacon easily and quickly in the air fryer. Perfect to serve as part of a breakfast, or crumble and add into your favorite recipes. This healthier method of cooking turkey bacon is totally fuss-free.

  • 4 strips turkey bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400F / 200c.
  • Place the turkey bacon in the air fryer in a single layer and not overlapping.
  • Cook at 370F / 190c for 8 minutes til crispy.

Notes

  • Preheat the air fryer before adding the bacon, this helps it to crisp up. If you don't have a preheat function on your air fryer, let it run at 400F for 5 minutes before placing it in.
  • For best results, place the bacon in a single layer without overlapping.
  • If you are cooking more, it's best to cook it in batches rather than piling it in the air fryer basket. You can keep the cooked bacon in a warm oven while you cook the rest.
  • My turkey bacon was perfectly cooked after 8 minutes. Air fryers can run slightly differently, so adjust timings if needed.
