Cheesy Garlic Bread Tortilla
This restaurant worthy garlic bread tortilla is crazy quick and simple to make. Perfect when you want an indulgent and tasty appetizer!

- 2 large flour tortillas
- ¼ cup butter (4 tablespoons / 60g)
- 2 large garlic cloves (minced)
- ¼ cup cream cheese (softened) (4 tablespoons / 60g)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided) (120g)
Preheat the oven to 400F / 200c.
Line a baking sheet with foil and set to one side.
Place the butter and minced garlic into a small pot and heat on a low heat til the butter has melted. Set to one side.
Mix together the cream cheese and ¼ cup of the shredded cheese.
Place one tortilla on the lined baking sheet and spread the cream cheese mix evenly over it, leaving a small gap at the edges.
Spoon over ¾ of the garlic butter over the cream cheese.
Sprinkle ¼ cup of the shredded cheese on top.
Place the other tortilla on top and brush with the rest of the garlic butter.
Sprinkle over the ½ cup of remaining shredded cheese evenly on top.
Place in the preheated oven and cook for 8 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the edges are starting to brown.
Sprinkle with some fresh chives or parsley, if you like. Cut with a pizza cutter and serve.

- Use softened cream cheese so that it is easier to mix.

- It's easier to make the recipe on the baking sheet so that you are not having to move the tortillas once they are loaded.
