Ingredients
- Tortilla: This recipe requires two large flour tortillas.
- Garlic: Fresh is best when it comes to the garlic in this recipe. Use a garlic press to mince the bulbs finely for a stronger flavor.
- Butter: Use a good quality salted butter. If you use unsalted, add in a pinch of salt.
- Cream cheese: Like Philadelphia. This is spread in between the two tortillas and creates the most wonderful creamy bite.
- Shredded cheese: I like to use a strong cheddar, but most shredded cheeses will work well.
