– cod fillets  – salt and pepper – garlic cloves  – fresh ginger – red onion  – coconut milk  – crushed chilies or      chili paste – lime – fish sauce

Saute the garlic, ginger and onion until soft.

Stir in the coconut milk and other sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat to medium.

Place in the cod, cover and cook until the fish is done.
