Ingredients
- Chocolate: I used semi-sweet chocolate for this recipe, but you can use dairy, dark or white, whatever takes your fancy!
- Vanilla Extract: For sweetness and flavor.
- Mini Marshmallows: These act as a glue to hold everything together. Mini marshmallows are quicker to melt, but larger ones will work if that's what you have.
- Rice Krispies: For that perfect crunchy bite! You can also make these with other cereal, like cornflakes, if you prefer.

Patti says
Plan to make these for Christmas. Can they be frozen? If not how far in advance can I make them?
Slow The Cook Down says
Hi Patti! Yes, you can freeze these! Once cool, wrap them in parchment or wax paper and store in a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature. The chocolate may discolor a little when frozen, but they will still taste great! If not freezing, they are best enjoyed in the first day or two. Enjoy!
