Ingredients
- Milk: You can use any kind of milk you'd like in this recipe. I used dairy for a creamier texture, but plant based milks like coconut, oat or almond will work well.
- Strawberries and Blueberries: Berries are a great source of vitamins and antioxidants as well as fiber.
- Greek Yogurt: Greek yogurt is a great way to boost the protein and probiotics in this strawberry blueberry smoothie. You can use plain yogurt if that's what you have. It helps to thicken the smoothie and make it creamier.
- Honey: Use a natural honey rather than artificial. You can also use another liquid sweetener like maple syrup or stevia. If you don't like a sweet smoothie, you can omit it totally.

You can use fresh or frozen fruit for this strawberry blueberry smoothie. I used fresh strawberries and frozen blueberries, but you can use whatever you have to hand.
If you are only using fresh fruits, you may want to blend in a couple of ice cubes to make it chilled.
If you want to enjoy this smoothie for breakfast, I'd recommend that you make just one smoothie with this recipe rather than two.
