- Potato peelings: You can use peelings from any variety of potatoes. For this recipe I used reds, but Russets, Yukon Golds or Fingerlings will all work great.

Once air fried, the chips will keep well for a couple of days, stored in an air tight container in the fridge. If they become soft, you can crisp them back up in the air fryer at 400f / 200c for a couple of minutes.

- peelings from 2 pounds (900g) of potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- generous pinches of salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F / 200c.
- Place your potato peelings in a large bowl. Add the oil and seasonings and toss together well.
- Place the peelings in the air fryer basket once preheated. Set to cook at 400F /200c for 10 minutes.
- Shake the basket a couple of times during cooking and check for doneness from 8 minutes. Once cooked, they should be golden brown and crispy.
