Air Fryer Roasted Jalapenos

Ingredients
- 5 fresh jalapenos
- 1 teaspoon oil (high heat neutral oil like sunflower, canola or avocado)
Instructions
- Rub the jalapeno peppers with the oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400F / 200c for 10 to 14 minutes (10 minutes if they are on the smaller side) til the skins are charred and they are soft to the touch.
- To easily remove the skins, place the jalapenos into a bowl and cover with clingfilm. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes and the skins will be easier to remove.
