Ingredients
- Sausages: I used Italian Sausage but you can use any type of flavored sausage or use plain pork, chicken, or beef sausages.
- Bell peppers: I used red bell peppers because they're more flavored and sweeter, but you can use also yellow, green, or a mix of all three.
- Potatoes: Use waxy potatoes so they keep well their shape and consistency after cooking. You can use baby potatoes, fingerlings, or red potatoes.
- Onions: I used a Spanish onion for this recipe, but you can use any variety you prefer. White, yellow, red, or even shallots.
- Seasonings: The seasonings I used are simple and are the best combination to get an amazing flavor that complements all the ingredients. Paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper are all you need and are most likely already in your pantry.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You can absolutely make this recipe in the oven. Simply chop the ingredient into smaller sizes and add them to a sheet pan and bake for about 40 minutes at 425°F.
Yes, I recommend using vegetable oil like olive or canola. Oil helps to cook the ingredients evenly without drying out and makes the potatoes crispier. You only need a little.
Since potatoes have a longer cooking time than the other ingredients, it's best to give them a head start by cooking them alone for a few minutes extra, then, you can add in the other ingredients and finish cooking altogether.
