Why is it called an anti-inflammatory smoothie?

This smoothie is made with turmeric and ginger, two spices that are commonly used in recipes described as anti-inflammatory. Combined with mango, orange and lemon, they make a bright, refreshing smoothie with a warming, earthy kick.

    Tips & Variations

    • This turmeric smoothie is quick and easy to make for breakfast or as a refreshing drink during the day.
    • For a thicker smoothie, add a handful of oats before blending. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little honey to taste.
