    • 2 apples (I prefer to use green, but you can use Gala apples for a sweeter flavor)
    • 1 avocado
    • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
    • ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
    • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (475ml)
    • juice of ½ lemon
    • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

    Instructions

    • Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into quarters. Peel the avocado and remove the stone.
    • Place all of the ingredients into the blender.
    • Blend til smooth.
    • Taste for sweetness and adjust if needed.
