- 2 apples (I prefer to use green, but you can use Gala apples for a sweeter flavor)
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (475ml)
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into quarters. Peel the avocado and remove the stone.
- Place all of the ingredients into the blender.
- Blend til smooth.
- Taste for sweetness and adjust if needed.
